Built  in 2019, this DLR Group tenant improvement office space is located in MARRS (Midtown Art Retail Restaurant Scene).  The DLR Group was looking for a space that reflected their reputation of being an integrated design firm that elevates human experience through design.  The space includes contemporary open office space, break area, and conference rooms.
