We take a very detail-oriented, forward-thinking approach to construction. We offer services including lead time analysis, contracting, supervision, LEED implementation, lien control, and safety programs.
POST CONSTRUCTION & FACILITIES OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
We provide a full suite of post construction services, which includes closeout and documentation services, warranty follow-up programs, and more.
OUR HISTORY
Since 1970, our founder Philip Sunseri has been a construction leader in Northern California. Beginning with humble roots in Chico, California, Philip has nurtured and developed a strong reputation of honesty and quality building.
Our vision has always been multifaceted and relationship driven. And even after the course of many decades, the principals of Sunseri Associates have held steadfast to this mission while providing quality construction with the needs of their clients always a main priority.
