Chief Executive Officer
With over 50+ years of experience in successfully managing and operating general contracting and construction management projects, Phil is responsible for the overall management of the firm. He takes a great deal of pride in the role the company plays in building facilities that achieve the goals of Sunseri’s clients. Phil’s goal is to have his companies recognized by his customers as delivering the highest standards of service in the industry, while making Sunseri a great place to work.
Mark is responsible for the overall management of the firm’s operations, and takes an active daily role in contract negotiations, construction management, value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, and business development. His attentive and hands-on work ethic can be attributed to a construction team that is fully dedicated and committed to Sunseri and their clients.
Chief Financial Officer
Karrie is responsible for the financial management and accounting of the firm’s operations. She has working knowledge of all construction management programs and systems, and achieves effective, efficient and ethical management of all financial and administrative functions of the company and its projects.
Sr. Project Manager
With over 25+ years of construction experience, Niche brings a wealth of industry expertise and insight to each and every project in all phases of construction, estimating, design, operations, and client satisfaction. He maintains constant communication with employees, customers, and organizations critical to the success of the company.
Since 1970, our founder Philip Sunseri has been a construction leader in Northern California. Beginning with humble roots in Chico, CA, Philip has nurtured and developed a strong reputation of honesty and quality building. Philip’s vision has always been multifaceted and relationship driven. While still owning the original construction company in Chico, CA he wanted to better serve the Sacramento region’s client base, so in 1993, Sunseri Associates was established. Both full service construction companies work in partnership with one another to provide exceptional contracting and construction management, with the ability to execute a broad spectrum of projects.
Sunseri Associates continues to expand its construction expertise, and is now regularly classified as one of the top 25 General Contracting and Construction Management firms in the Sacramento region. We are defined by our dedication to personalized service. An owner of the firm is actively involved in each and every project.
