CONSTRUCTION
Construction services include detailed project scheduling, lead time analysis, contracting, project supervision, quality control, LEED implementation, accounting and cost control, lien control, risk management, coordination, and safety programs. We employ experienced personnel and efficient control systems to ensure that each project is managed and constructed in accordance with program requirements. Our crews are able to self-perform concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and ornamental metal services.
POST CONTRUCTION AND FACILITIES OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Post construction services include complete closeout services and documentation including warranties, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, LEED documentation, commissioning, and training of facilities personnel. We establish and administer a warranty follow-up program to ensure that warranty issues are effectively resolved.
