The project created a spacious, contemporary setting for Pietro’s signature Italian hospitality, with thoughtfully crafted dining areas, a full-service bar, outdoor gathering spaces, and distinctive private dining areas. Working closely with ownership and the design team, Sunseri delivered a restaurant that balances polished finishes and modern functionality with the warmth and character of a long-established family business. The result is a vibrant destination that honors Pietro’s history while creating a new setting for generations of guests to come.
Located in the Bridge District of West Sacramento, Franquette is a modern French café and wine bar developed by the team behind Canon. Sunseri worked closely with the design and ownership teams to bring this refined, approachable concept to life. The project required the coordination of specialty kitchen equipment, a sleek wine-focused bar, and intimate dining areas — all within a tight urban footprint.
